Tuesday’s Factors and Events

U.S. Treasury yields rose on Tuesday, as investors turned their attention to upcoming data ahead of a meeting of central bankers due later on this week.

The yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury note traded at 2.21 percent at 8:08 a.m. ET, while the yield on the 30-year Treasury bond was higher at 2.783 percent. Bond yields move inversely to prices.

On the data front, the Philadelphia Fed non-manufacturing business outlook survey is set to be released at 8:30 a.m. ET, followed by the FHFA House Price Index and the Richmond Fed Manufacturing Survey, due at 9 a.m. ET and 10 a.m. ET respectively.
