U.S. stock higher in pre-market trading for March 01.The Dow Futures is trading at 33,706.10 with a loss of -0.55% percent or -186.50 point.The S&P 500 Futures is  trading at 4,344.20 with a loss of –0.68% percent or -29.60 point.The Nasdaq Futures is trading at 14,121.40 with a loss of -0.82% percent or -116.40 point.

 

 

In other parts of world, Japan’s Nikkei 225 is trading at 26,872.90 up with +1.30% percent or +346.08  point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 22,645.43 with a loss of –0.30% ercent or –67.59 point. China’s Shanghai Composite is trading at 3,472.67 up with +0.30% percent or +10.36  point. India’s BSE Sensex is trading at 56,247.28 with 0.70% percent or +388.76  point at 12:15 PM.For the day the FTSE 100 closed at 7,458.25 with a loss of -0.42% percent or -31.21 point. France’s CAC 40 closed at 6,658.83 with a loss of -1.39% percent or -93.60 point.Germany’s DAX closed at 14,461.02 with a loss of -0.73% percent or -106.21  point.

TUESDAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

The pan-European Stoxx 600 dropped 1.9% by early afternoon, with travel and leisure stocks plunging 5.7% to lead losses as all sectors and major bourses slid into negative territory.
