U.S. stock higher in pre-market trading for March  13.The Dow Futures is trading at 32,236.0 with +1.02% percent or +326.4 point..The S&P 500 Futures is  trading at 3,919.50 with +1.50% percent or +57.90 point.The Nasdaq Futures is trading at 12,023.5 with +1.63% percent or +193.2 point.

In other parts of world, Japan’s Nikkei 225 is trading at 27,720.48 with 1.50% percent or ?423.49  point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 19,693.30 with 1.93% ercent or +373.38   point. China’s Shanghai Composite is trading at 3,254.38 with 0.75% percent or +24.31 point. India’s BSE Sensex is trading at 59,168.72 up with 0.057% percent or +33.59 point at 12:15 PM.For the day the FTSE 100 closed at 7,748.35 with 1.67% percent or -131.63 point. France’s CAC 40 closed at 7,220.67 with 1.30% percent or ?95.21 point.Germany’s DAX closed at 15,427.97 with a loss of -1.31% percent or -205.24 point.

British bank HSBC will acquire Silicon Valley Bank UK Limited, according to a statement by the Bank of England.

The Bank of England said the action was taken “to stabilise SVBUK, ensuring the continuity of banking services, minimising disruption to the UK technology sector and supporting confidence in the financial system
